Terms of Service

Cove is an online marketplace platform that enables adult users to connect with verified creators for digital companionship and conversational services.

Voice and video interactions may occur through third-party platforms such as Discord or Telegram. Cove is an online-only platform. The Platform may not be used to arrange, facilitate, advertise, or coordinate in-person meetings between users and creators.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

Cove reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of underage use.

The Platform supports User/Client Accounts and Creator Accounts. Creator accounts require verification and approval before access to creator functionality is granted.

Creators are independent users of the Platform and are not employees, contractors, representatives, agents, partners, or affiliates of Cove.

Creators may be required to provide government-issued identification, photographs/selfies, age verification documentation, and additional verification information. Submission of verification information does not guarantee approval.

Cove reserves the right to approve or reject creator applications, suspend creator accounts, revoke verification status, request additional information, and remove creators from the Platform at any time.

Creators may not use false identities, impersonate another individual, use stolen photos, misrepresent their identity, or create misleading profiles. Verification approval may be revoked if identity fraud or catfishing is discovered.

Users and creators may NOT:

• engage in illegal activity
• impersonate others
• harass or threaten others
• engage in stalking or intimidation
• create additional accounts to evade bans or blocks
• engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct
• distribute malware or harmful code
• post false or misleading information
• solicit prostitution or escort services
• arrange physical meetups through the Platform
• share explicit sexual content prohibited by applicable law
• share content involving minors
• engage in scams, fraud, or chargeback abuse
• manipulate ratings or reviews
• purchase, fabricate, exchange, or solicit fake reviews

Creators may not advertise off-platform payment methods, solicit users for off-platform transactions, or encourage users to bypass Cove payment systems. Users may not pressure creators into off-platform communication or payment arrangements.

Cove reserves the right to remove any content or account at its sole discretion.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By purchasing services, users agree that all purchases are voluntary, conversational outcomes are subjective, no guarantees of emotional satisfaction are provided, and creators are independent individuals and not representatives of Cove.

Cove may charge platform fees and commissions. Creators authorize Cove to deduct applicable commissions, process payouts, and withhold payouts in cases of fraud, disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal concerns.

Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations including fraudulent activity, technical failure, creator no-show, duplicate charges, or verified moderation concerns. Cove reserves sole discretion regarding refund determinations.

Creators who repeatedly fail to provide purchased services may face warnings, temporary suspensions, payout holds, or removal from the Platform. Users who abuse chargebacks or payment disputes may face account suspension, permanent bans, or payment restrictions.

Some interactions may occur on third-party platforms such as Discord or Telegram. Cove is not responsible for third-party platform functionality, security, or conversations and conduct occurring outside the Platform. Users engage in off-platform communication at their own risk.

Users and creators retain ownership of content they upload. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Cove a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, reproduce, moderate, and use content for operation and promotion of the Platform.

You represent that you own or control the rights to submitted content and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Cove reserves the right to remove any content, profile, photograph, message, review, or service listing that violates these Terms.

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences. Users and creators may not manipulate reviews, exchange compensation for reviews, coordinate fake ratings, spam reviews, or harass users through reviews. Cove reserves the right to remove suspicious, abusive, or manipulated reviews.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

Cove makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, creator availability, user conduct, creator behavior, conversational outcomes, emotional compatibility, or third-party services. Cove does not guarantee emotional satisfaction, friendship, romantic interest, exclusivity, or ongoing creator availability.

Creators are independent individuals. Statements, promises, representations, or opinions made by creators are solely those of the creator and not Cove.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cove shall not be liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, emotional disappointment, lost profits, reputational harm, user disputes, creator disputes, off-platform conduct, or third-party platforms.

Cove's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Platform in the preceding 3 months.
