Automated Content Moderation

Cove uses automated systems to help keep the Platform safe. This includes:

Images are transmitted to AWS for processing and are not stored by AWS. AWS Rekognition processes data in accordance with AWS privacy practices.
  • Message scanning: Messages are automatically scanned for personal contact information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, and social media handles) to prevent off-platform bypass of the Platform. This scanning is fully automated and is not reviewed by humans unless content is flagged for moderation review.

These automated processes operate continuously as part of our trust and safety infrastructure. They do not constitute human review of your content unless a flag is escalated to a moderator.
