Verification documents are treated as sensitive information. We implement reasonable security measures to protect verification data. Verification information may be retained for a reasonable period after account closure where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, moderation investigations, and trust and safety purposes.
We may share information with payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, moderation and fraud-prevention services, customer support providers, and legal authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Discord, Telegram, analytics providers, and authentication providers. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own policies. Cove is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
Users and creators may communicate through third-party applications such as Discord or Telegram. Cove is not responsible for third-party platform security, data practices, off-platform conversations, or information voluntarily shared outside the Platform. Users engage in off-platform communication at their own risk.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and detect fraud and abuse. Certain records may remain stored after account deletion where legally required or reasonably necessary for trust and safety purposes.
Users may request deletion of their account by contacting support. Following deletion requests, some information may be deleted or anonymized.
